Anyone is welcome to attend but attendees must be members of the Rancho Romero PTA in order to vote. Meeting agendas are sent out to all PTA members in advance. Requests for agenda items must be sent to the President at least 14 days in advance of the meeting.
Executive Board Meetings
If there is business that needs to be conducted between PTA Association meetings, the PTA Executive Board can decide to meet, at a meeting at which only the PTA Executive Board Members are welcome, at an agreed upon date and time. If the PTA Executive Board decides not to meet, no further action is required. If the PTA Executive Board does decide to meet in between PTA Association meetings, the agenda will be created by the President based on the information shared at the previous PTA Association meetings and through additional emails. Any requests for an agenda item for an Executive Board meeting should be submitted by an Executive Board member to the President at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The final agenda for the Executive Board meeting will be shared by the President at the beginning of the meeting, if not before.
