This yearly gala continues to be both a fun event for our Rancho parents as well as a critical fundraiser to support programs that set our school apart to benefit our students. Our music, art, lunchtime sports programs and much more would not be possible without your support.

Going once! Going twice! SOLD OUT! Tickets for the Rancho Royale Gala and Auction to be held March 9th at Round Hill Country Club are now sold out. It’s not too late to try and snag a ticket though if you join the waitlist NOW by clicking here.

What is the date, time, and location of the event?

What should I expect at this event?
This is one of the most exciting and important fundraising events for Rancho Romero, designed to raise over half of our RREF annual budget supporting Rancho’s paraprofessionals, reading intervention, math intervention + extensions, weekly art and music, library access, noontime sports…and much more.
This year’s Rancho Royale gala is expected to be an elegant, yearly celebration of our supporters of RREF by offering a fun opportunity to eat+drink+socialize, enjoy casino and raffle games, and participate in our fantastic live auction. You will be able to enjoy a sit-down dinner, and purchase special dessert treats and premium wine for your table. Music, more casino games and dancing will round out the night!
What is the dress code?
This year’s theme is “Rancho Royale.” Think glamor and elegance of a casino in old times of Monte Carlo or speakeasy, vintage glamor of the 1930s and 1940s.
Ladies: this means an elegant look with cocktail attire. Click here to see Rancho Royale attire inspiration.
Gents: this means a suit with a shirt and dress shoes. Black tie is encouraged, but not required.
When will tickets go on sale? Are they for Rancho families only, or can I bring guests?
Tickets go on sale January 23, 2024 on the Schoolauction.net. We advise setting up an account on our auction website in advance of ticket sales, the online and live auction. Tickets will be limited to 220 guests. Rancho family and friends with tickets will be able to come and participate in the live auction and events.
When you purchase tickets, you will have the option to specify up to 10 tablemates or alternatively be seated with other classmate parents.
If sold out, Rancho families will have the option to join a waitlist via a sign-up form.
How much will tickets cost?
Standard Admission: $175 Single, $350 Per Couple
One Gala ticket (or two for couples). Includes dinner, entertainment, live auction, and our deepest gratitude for your support of our school!

VIP Admission: $260 Single, $520 Per Couple
One Gala ticket (or two for couples) + VIP entry. Includes one "Sponsor a Teacher" ticket for the event, exclusive early access at 6 pm to Rancho Royale games and private bar service, recognition in the gala and auction catalog, dinner, entertainment, live auction, and our deepest gratitude for your support of our school!

Will dinner be served?
Yes, hors d’oeuvres are served during the cocktail hour and a 2-course sit-down dinner is served during the live auction.
Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Vegetarian options are available. When you purchase your tickets, you may select either a meat or vegetarian option.
Will dessert be served?
Dessert is not included, but available for purchase during the cocktail hour and live auction featuring delicious desserts from local bakeries and restaurants.
How will alcoholic beverages be handled?
Donated wine will be sold at the event and all proceeds will go to the school. Round Hill will also have a bar where alcohol can be purchased.
What is the online auction?
The online auction will take place from Tuesday, February 27 to Thursday, March 7 prior to the in-person Rancho Royale Gala. Rancho families will receive early access to preview auction items in a catalog via email and newsletter promotions.
The Online Auction will go live February 27th, 2024 at 6am PST on our auction website. We advise setting up an account in advance to bid on popular kid and adult sign-up parties, vacation packages, family entertainment, gift cards and much more.
You do not have to be a Rancho family to win! Feel free to invite your friends and family to bid online. When the online auction closes, items will go to the highest bidder. Please note that all bids are final.
What are sign-up parties, and when are they happening?
Sign-up parties are a favorite auction item and Rancho tradition, which are generously donated and hosted by Rancho staff and families.
Choices range from a grade level party with your child’s teacher to an afternoon or evening of adult fun with other Rancho parents. These parties sell out within minutes so be sure to log on to the online auction as soon as it opens to purchase a spot on these guest lists!

The live auction is very exciting! Our donations team has been diligently pulling together a variety of amazing trips and experiences that you won't want to miss! Rancho families will receive early access to preview auction items in a catalog listing items via email and newsletter promotions. Please note that all bids are final.
